WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE - Aside from our *weekly* shipping schedule, USPS media mail does not guarantee a delivery date and neither do we. International orders can be held up for a variety of reasons. If you NEED an item by a specific date and expect a refund if that date is not met, kindly consider shopping elsewhere.

We typically ship ONCE A WEEK. It may take a day or two between your order being marked "shipped" and your tracking number showing movement. We greatly appreciate your patience.

Our US shipping is a FLAT RATE so there will be no additional shipping charges for multiple items in the US, so you may want to find some other cheap items to meet our minimum. The new Discogs / Paypal integrated checkout system will ONLY show us the address you have set up on Discogs, so if that is not the correct address, please let us know!

EU / UK / AUS / NZ customs and VAT information
VAT fees are charged as part of your initial purchase, but that portion of your payment is handled by DISCOGS, not by us. A commercial invoice with VAT information will be affixed to your package, proving that these fees have been paid. If your local customs office attempts to charge you further fees WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE as your VAT payment has been collected by DISCOGS, not by us as the seller. If you feel you have been double charged, we encourage you to note the information on your invoice to your local customs office or Discogs . If you refuse your package due to customs fees and it is returned to us, we can refund you for the item but NOT the shipping costs. We have no recourse in this matter as once again, VAT collection and remittance is handled by Discogs, not by us.

If you know you are being charged excessive VAT fees and you elect to pay those charges, we will NOT be held responsible!

Orders with a total landed cost above EUR 150 / 135 GBP will NOT be charged VAT at purchase and you will be responsible for customs fees upon receipt.

***INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ***

New discogs shipping policies calculate your shipping cost at the time of your purchase. Due to the wide range of weights of different forms of media, we may choose to re-calculate the shipping based on the actual package weight. We always aim to provide the cheapest international shipping rates, and this adjustment often means the actual shipping amount is LESS than the original quote. It also may be more. If you would like to confirm a shipping quote for a particular order, please don't hesitate to ask in advance.

USPS First Class International does not allow for packages over 4 pounds. Larger international orders must be sent by USPS Priority International and most likely will have their initial shipping quote adjusted.

The US Postal Service "First Class International" service, which is by far the cheapest rate for shipping, does NOT insure against loss or damage, and although we pack our orders safely and securely, if your package arrives damaged, there is NO way to file a claim. The only way we can insure a package internationally is through USPS Priority mail, which is more expensive. Please let us know if you'd like a quote. Otherwise, once a package leaves our hands, we can not be held responsible for loss or damage.

SEALED RECORD AND CD POLICY:
We use the M "mint" grade for sealed records. It is assumed that a sealed record is in perfect "like new" condition; however, sealed records occasionally have pressing defects or damage incurred from storage. At the buyer's request, we will carefully open and inspect a sealed record before sending, however we DO NOT accept returns on records that were shipped sealed and opened by the buyer.

We do our very best to accurately list the correct pressing of a sealed record or CD with the available information from the outside packaging, but with sealed items there is often no way to check for specific manufacturing / pressing differences. If you are concerned about a specific matrix etching, mastering code or pressing plant variation, we are happy to open and inspect a sealed item before shipping to confirm our listing was correct. However we again DO NOT accept returns on records or CDs that were shipped sealed and opened by the buyer.

CD/CASSETTE BUYERS: WE DO NOT GRADE JEWEL CASES. Plastic jewel cases are fragile and can often break in shipping, even with careful packaging. We do our best to pack safely, and we will often note if the case is cracked already, but we cannot guarantee the jewel cases to be free of damage. We also do our very best to note any sort of hole punches, promo stamps, and cut-outs on CD artwork, but these may occasionally be overlooked. If these sorts of things are a major concern for you, please ask in advance for us to double check.
