NB: Please include your phone number when making an order so we can process your order faster as we need to enter it on the shipping label.
Shipping companies require us to include a phone number, but if you're not comfortable with sharing your number you can enter 00000 to the number field.

Please be informed, however, that in such cases we can't be held responsible if the package does not reach you as the parcel may be left at a pick-up point by the local carrier and if the shipment doesn't have a valid phone number, they may not be able to send a pick-up notice when it's ready to be picked up.

If the parcel returns to us due to the missing phone number we will not refund the order.

Unfortunately due to customs issues we can not ship orders to Brazil at this time. A large part of the orders we send do not reach their destination and are either lost or returned by Brazilian customs. We are very sorry about this problem and we are trying to find a way to solve this matter.

We can not ship orders to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine or Israel at this time. We hope this changes soon.
