- Most international shipment are sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Items usually arrive within a few weeks to 2 months, but the arrival time is not guaranteed. It can occasionally take more than 2 months for a shipment to arrive, so we ask that you be patient when placing an overseas order. Packages can occasionally get held up in a distribution center for a few weeks without movement to the tracking number, but it does not mean that the item is lost or stolen. Kindly let us know if your item has not arrived after 2 months, and we will keep an eye on the shipment with you. If your package never arrives, and we determine that it has been long enough to be considered lost, we will happily issue you a full refund.
