Payment
Please pay within four days of purchase via Paypal. Please do not order items if you do not intend to pay. After four days, the Discog's automated "non-paying bidder" option will cancel your order, and leave a non-paying buyer negative . All items will be re-listed if we do not receive payment.

Buyer pays shipping and handling. Item ships within three business days from payment date. We only ship to the listed Paypal confirmed address.

Shipping & Handling as follows:

When shipping we will remove the lps from the sleeve to avoid any damage. For any new, sealed items, we do not do this, but can at your request.

USA: Within the U.S - $6 for USPS media mail up to 4 lps. (includes delivery confirmation). Cassettes & CD's from $4 (first four items, then .60 ea after) and up media mail.

International:
We will only ship to a confirmed Paypal address. Shipping charges will be calculated on a case by case basis by package weight. Customers will be charged the actual amount of USPS shipping plus $2 for supplies and handling. The following rates are only rough estimates.

Canada and Mexico: $17 for USPS first class intl. +$1 per additional LP - rates may vary due to weight
Rest of the world: $17-$25 for USPS first class intl.(incl. basic delivery confirmation) $35 - $60 for USPS priority intl. (incl. tracking and insurance) - rates may vary due to weight

The average for 1-2 lp and packaging is 500g(1.1lb) or more depending on lp weight(150g, 180g, 200g).

We retain the right to increase the shipping charge if the weight of your order, regardless of the amount of items, exceeds 4 pounds domestically. International customers please note that overseas shipping by first class can take up to 6 weeks. If you do not request priority shipping with tracking and insurance we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Therefore we will not refund lost international orders that do not include International Priority Mail tracking information.

Other notes

Order Processing
We process orders Monday-Friday, and try to hand deliver to the post office same day. If not, we will take orders to the post office the next morning. We do not go to the post office after 12pm cst on Saturday, or Sunday as they are closed. Please be aware that even though your item was delivered to the post office, they have been showing slower times to scan and process packages into their system. We have noticed items not showing up in the USPS.com tracking system till a business day later in some cases.

Offers: Offers are only considered on items that have the 'best offer' option selected; as a general rule, we only accept offers between 5% and 10% off the listed price. Reasonable offers on higher dollar items will be considered. Any other messages regarding offers will be ignored. Sorry, no haggling or discounts after items are shipped.

Returns / Refunds
In accordance with Discogs and PayPal , item(s) must be returned in order for a full refund to be considered. Return requests in the same condition sent are accepted within 10 days of purchase date for full refund of purchase price. After 10 days returns are not accepted unless special circumstances are agreed upon. Returns should be sent back within 7 days of receipt of a return label. Refunds are processed at time of receiving return, so that there is no delay in getting you your funds. Condition of items sent will be reviewed against photos/video taken at time of mailing. Opening a case with PayPal only slows down this process(blocks funds, and response time is slow from Paypal), and should only be used as a last resort. We stand by our items and years of experience.

If item arrives damaged, item/version was incorrectly sent, or you are not happy with the grade, we will provide a return shipping label. Sorry, no haggling or discounts after items are shipped. If you are unable to print the label, we will only pay for the actual shipping label cost of Media Mail. If it is a situation of changing your mind, buyer will pay for return shipping. If you provide images of the damage, and still wish to keep it(bends or creases from shipping), we can offer a 10% refund on the item price.

If you have any questions or special shipping requests, please do not hesitate to us. If you have any problems after shipping, please us before leaving . Communication is the key to resolving any issue. If you are happy with your order, please leave positive . This lets us know you are happy, and we can complete the transaction by leaving positive too. We like to handle all orders as we would like to be treated, so please communicate, and buy with confidence.

Packing
We ship lps as padded as possible and with the lps removed from their sleeve. If the item is sealed, we do not do this, but will upon your request. Once a sealed item is opened, it cannot be returned. If there are any other packing considerations you would like, please us in the messages section of the order.

Photos
We are happy to send photos of our items, but please be specific of what you would like to see. Be sure to include your email address in your request, as Discogs does not have a method to send photos. We receive many requests daily/weekly, so communicating what you would like to see helps speed up our process and so we only have to take photos once. VG+ or better is as described, and per Goldmine standards, so please be specific on your request for these grades. We try to be as descriptive as possible, but can sometimes miss things, so please ask if you have any concerns with our description. Taking photos of the vinyl is possible for scuffs etc we may describe.

CDs & Tapes
CDs and tapes are graded on the media only. This does not include the jewel or cassette case. They cases may have price tags, cutouts, and wear.
