I need to reduce my collection as it has grown too big. All items have been graded conservatively. Vinyl always have been stored carefully.

PACKAGING:
All vinyl is shipped with the vinyl and its sleeve outside its original jacket as to prevent damage to the jacket. Sealed items are shipped as Sealed. I do not open them and remove the vinyl from inside the jacket

RETURN POLICY:
That said, still we are dealing with an imperfect science as vinyl and CD may have inherited flaws that cannot be seen or foreseen. I also have to take into consideration that the media has to work on my equipment with all its variables and considerations. With this in mind, I am willing to accept a defective or not as described item provided that you ship it back in its original condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, I will refund you the original purchase price. I cannot refund the original shipping costs or the return shipping cost as those are the responsibility of the customer. For SEALED VINYL RECORDS, every sale is FINAL and not option to return.

Lost Parcels are at the risk of the buyer.

Sammlungsreduktion:
Ich muss meine Sammlung verkleinern, da sie zu groß geworden ist. Alle Artikel wurden vorsichtig und konservativ bewertet. Die Schallplatten wurden immer sorgfältig gelagert.

ACHTUNG! Seit Mai 2020 erstattet PayPal den Verkäufern keine Gebühren mehr für stornierte Bestellungen!!! Das bedeutet, wenn SIE nach der Bezahlung eine Bestellung aus einem anderen Grund als einem Fehler meinerseits stornieren möchten, habe ich keine andere Wahl, als eine Stornogebühr zu erheben! Die Stornogebühren auf Kundenwunsch entsprechen genau den ursprünglichen PayPal-Gebühren, die mir von PayPal berechnet wurden. Ich entschuldige mich dafür, aber das liegt völlig außerhalb meines Einflusses.
Die Zahlung sollte innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach Erhalt der Rechnung erfolgen.

BEARBEITUNGSZEIT:
Ich werde die Artikel so schnell wie möglich, jedoch spätestens wöchentlich versenden. Daher biete ich nur die langsamere Versandoption der Schweizer Post an.

VERPACKUNG:
Alle Schallplatten werden mit der Schallplatte und der Hülle außerhalb des Originalcovers versendet, um Schäden am Cover zu vermeiden. Versiegelte Artikel werden versiegelt versendet. Ich öffne sie nicht und entnehme die Schallplatte nicht aus dem Cover.

RÜCKGABERICHTLINIEN:
Wir haben es hier mit einer ungenauen Wissenschaft zu tun, da Schallplatten und CDs angeborene Mängel haben können, die nicht sichtbar oder vorhersehbar sind. Zudem muss ich berücksichtigen, dass das Medium auf meinem Equipment mit all seinen Variablen und Überlegungen funktioniert. Mit diesem Gedanken im Hinterkopf bin ich bereit, einen defekten oder nicht wie beschriebenen Artikel zurückzunehmen, vorausgesetzt, Sie senden ihn in seinem ursprünglichen Zustand zurück. Nach Erhalt und Überprüfung des Artikels erstatte ich Ihnen den ursprünglichen Kaufpreis. Die ursprünglichen Versandkosten oder die Rücksendekosten kann ich jedoch nicht erstatten, da diese zu Lasten des Käufers gehen. Für versiegelte Schallplatten sind Verkäufe endgültig und können nicht retourniert werden.

Verlorene Pakete gehen auf Risiko des Käufers.
