If you commit to buying, please pay promptly or me within four days. If you should need a little extra time, I'm not unreasonable and will happily wait a little longer if need be as long as there is some communication. If there is no communication along with no payment I will assume you have ordered in bad faith and will leave an NPB (non-paying buyer) cancellation which will automatically give you negative and will also put you on my blocked list. I take no pleasure in doing this, believe me but it wastes my time sending chase up messages.

As soon as you pay, I will leave positive and send your item as fast as I can, usually the same or next day.

Of course mistakes can happen and in that rare instance I offer a no-argument full refund including your postage, so please don't leave negative before letting me know the problem - PLEASE ME FIRST so I can sort things out to your satisfaction.

All vinyl, except for sealed albums, are separated from their sleeves to avoid damage in the post.
Grading:
I adhere to the Discogs/Goldmine grading system. I never list anything as MINT except for SEALED VINYL or CDs. Because a visually Mint record will occasionally have sound problems, and a VG looking record can play brilliantly, I carefully test play all non-sealed records to give an accurate grading.
I don't grade easily replaceable CD or cassette cases as a rule. I will usually replace the case on more expensive CDs but cheaply priced CDs will often have some storage & handling wear on the case.
I don’t leave VG+ and under just hanging in the description – I will always explain any problem(s) in the comments section.

Please, if in any doubt or curious about my shipping charges, me first to get an accurate, weighed amount.

Please also note that I use good expensive packing for most items and add between £0.50-£1.00 to the actual post amount depending on the type or size of the order. Packaging like all else has gone up in price but I do my best to minimise your costs. Again, please check my for assurance that your items will arrive in good shape.

TAX:
Please note that invoices to Australia, New Zealand & some states in the USA will include tax that is added to your bill & then collected by Discogs. A similar situation with most Europeans countries involves collecting VAT - This has nothing to do with me and is outside my control.
