INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipments, customs may open your package and even the wrapping on a MINT item. You accept the risk of your own customs tampering or destroying a item (like the morons in Australia Border Force). If you want a safe purchase of a mint item, buy it from someone in your own country.

Customs declaration will tick "Commercial Goods" not "Gift" with a value of the full sale amount. Commercial invoices will be attached to the package.

Sales tax or VAT is applied by Discogs automatically. Customs charges may still apply. Buyer is liable for any customs duties or charges in their country, there is nothing I can do to avoid it. This includes the European Union.

CD AND CASSETTE CASES

Item gradings do not including the plastic cases, even for MINT gradings. Sealed CDs and cassettes may have case damage due to fragility.

DELAYS

Please be PATIENT, there is nothing I can do to speed things up, and I do not have any information other than the what the tracking says. I will not be flying the plane or driving the lorry that has your parcel in it.

The UK Royal Mail does not consider items to be LOST until 3 weeks have ed for items sent within the UK, or 4 weeks for items sent abroad. No recovery action can be taken until after this period. "Lost" items are fully investigated by me ... and I always get the truth.

Proof of delivery concludes the transaction. If your neighbour stole it, please deal with your neighbour, not me.

Finally, I am deeply sorry if it is raining heavily when your package is delivered and it gets wet - no really, I am, it won't happen again.
