First off, thank you for ing brick & mortar indie retail. You rock! :)

We ship most records in custom "Whiplash" vinyl mailers with offsets on all four corners and bubble wrap or cardboard flats above and below your record(s). While these cost a bit more than cheap mailers, we've literally shipped over 6,000 records with zero damage-in-transit. As you may have learned, you get what you pay for in of packaging. Larger shipments and box sets will be shipped in re-cycled heavy-duty vendor shipment boxes, with full off-sets on all sides.

We are super-serious about ensuring your "precious" arrives intact. If for some reason it doesn't, just let us know and we'll make it right.

Shipping is $6.99 per order. Woot! No limit. Order as much as you like.

IMPORTANT: WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS, NOT YOUR DISCOGS ADDRESS. WE CANNOT CHANGE A PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT.

We ship via USPS Media Mail, with tracking, to the United States only. Sorry, no APO, FPO, DPO. We're open 7 days a week and process orders for shipment daily. Record Store Day events may delay processing by a few days.

We reserve the right to limit items purchased to one of each item per customer.

Unlike many shops, our records are stored carefully in poly sleeves, before being placed in bins. This reduces shelf wear and keeps the jackets in great shape. If we find, before shipping, any additional shelf wear since we listed the record, we will message you to ensure you still want it and give you a full refund if you don't.
