For EU buyers. Our CN23 Custom Declaration are automatically produced from the order, and will show all VAT details. The Customs Declaration will include the IOSS number which confirms that all VAT/Import Duties have already been paid. You will not get charged any extra VAT/Import Duties when the order enters it's destination country.

We ONLY process orders through the site, please do not request that we 'sell for less' outside of the site. Prices and postage are as stated unless the 'offer' option is showing. Thank you.

We apologise for the increase in postage costs. As of 22/05/23 Discogs have started to charge sellers commission on the postage received on an order. As honest and professional sellers we keep our postage & packaging costs as low as possible to be fair on the buyer and to promote sales. We do not make any profit on postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot afford to swallow the extra fees added by Discogs so reluctantly need to increase our postage costs to cover the extra fees.

PayPal charge the seller fees on a transaction even if the payment is refunded to the buyer. Please note that orders placed and paid for but them cancelled for no valid reason will now be subject to a surcharge. The surcharge is to cover the cost of the PayPal fees.

For international customers the Discogs' automatic shipping calculator can make it very difficult to supply an accurate automatic quote for large orders, sometimes it will come up with very high postage quote. Please us before you make payment. We like to keep our postage costs as low as possible for our customers, so we will work out the combined weight of the order and supply a revised invoice with correct postage & packaging.

For international orders please do not request that we put a false value on the Customs Forms. We cannot do this. If you are not willing to pay the imports duties please do not place the order.

Condition gradings are visual unless stated otherwise.We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with your order please get in immediately.

All orders must be paid for within 4 days of invoice being sent. If payment is not received order will be cancelled and item will be relisted.

Delivery / PayPal address must match the one stated on the Discogs order page.

Postage prices include the cost of high quality specialist packaging materials.
Tracked and signed for postage will be required for all parcels going into Russia at extra cost [please see details below].

Please us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We may require some pictures of the problem so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
