WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN PACKAGES OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: We pack really well & tight with reinforced corner bumpers & extra strong mailers for the mighty journey then deliver the packages to the US Postal Service, beyond that 16TonsMusic has no authority as to the handling or delivery of your package. That said we have had a great relationship with our Post Office and they are helpful and responsive to our needs but things can happen too.
We are all at the mercy of the Tracking Number and the responsibility of the Post Office to properly deliver. We (16TonsMusic) will do our best to help all our customers by tracking along with them to investigate and possibly locate their package, but we are up against limitations. Again, we can only do our best to help, we do not control the narrative here, it's the Post Office that is in charge but we also feel for our customers so we will be as helpful and understanding as possible.

The expense is a reality. We try to keep the costs down for all our customers to the best of our ability. We pack with exceptional care and attention to the products within. LPs are taken out of their cover so they don't tear the gates and spines of the cover, etc. We add additional corner bumpers on the outside of the package (with great success) for extra protection during the shipping process.

The Postage rate is based on weight, size of package and location of delivery. At times the rate we are given online is less when delivered to ship at the Post Office. At that time we return any surplus shipping is returned to our customers via a PayPal refund in the amount of that surplus.
We want to keep cost down where ever we can. Additional record(s) or CD/DVD(s) will be calculated by the weight and size of the order. You can write us first for a shipping quote.

CLEANING & GRADING OF TITLES/PRODUCTS:
All of our vinyl, CDs, DVDs, Cassettes are carefully cleaned and graded. We try to Play Grade as many titles as possible, yet it is impossible to do 100%, so we visual grade too. We try to describe the piece and give important details as best as possible. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, me before giving negative , I'm sure we can work it out so your purchase/transaction is 100% positive!
