All orders ship or can be picked up from our storefront location, Ergot Records, at 32 E. 2nd St. in New York City's East Village. When your order is ready for pickup, we will update it to "In Progress." Please do not come to the shop expecting a pickup order to be ready for you until its shipping status has been updated.

We try to play grade whenever possible, but don't always have the time. Any visual grading will be according to the Goldmine guide. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your item, please get in touch and we'll work something out.

We typically ship records once a week, usually, but not always, on Wednesdays. If waiting up to a week for shipment is too long for you, please consider making your purchase from a different seller. Any requests (for tracking, shipping updates, or otherwise) that indicate a buyer has not read these will be ignored. YOUR RECORD WILL ALWAYS SHIP WITHIN A WEEK FROM WHEN IT WAS PAID FOR.

We generally send tracking information when an order ships, but please note that most USPS offices in NYC are now no longer scanning prepaid media mail packages at their point of origin. Although your tracking may state "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item," it is more than likely en route.

We only ship to the buyer's PayPal address. If you would like your order shipped to a different address from that with which your PayPal is associated, please make this change on PayPal BEFORE placing your order. Any requests for an order to be sent to an alternate address will lead to a canceled order and a refund, which means we lose PayPal's fees and may accordingly leave negative .

SEALED RECORDS—We will always note the possibility of a warp in a sealed record if we detect it. Buyers must request that we unseal the record to condition and pack outside of the jacket, otherwise we are not responsible for hidden warps or in-transit seam splits.
