Practical experience has proven that loss and long delivery times can occur during shipping of postage by a postsupplier.
- If a package is returned by a buyer to our address (even without any information ), the buyer is always self responsible for the correct way of delivery and shipping and postage payment.
If not done correctly, any refund processing may be blocked as a result.
By return and refund all the made shipping costs (forward and return) will be for the buyer.
- If shipments are returned by the post (incorrectly specified address details, or home delivery is not possible), the buyer will pay the shipping costs again.
If the buyer does not want this or has objections to this, a refund will be made of only the single costs.
After all, the postage and any tax costs have been incurred with the earlier shipment and will not be refunded.
If refund is agreed and the owner will keep the item, than only the specific item costs will been payed like spoken and agreed with eachother (shipping costs will not included because these alllready been made).)
