Returns: Buyer should me to explain reasons for return. Buyer is responsible for return costs unless you have reached out to me and we have agreed that there is an error on my part with the item (for example, wrong item, condition issue, etc.) Again, please me to discuss.
Combined orders: Within ~24 hours of placing an order, if you wish to add items for combined shipping, me by Discogs mail. If I haven't yet shipped (I usually ship within 24 to 48 hours), I'll be happy to adjust the second order for combined shipping.
Domestic (US) Sales: Vinyl Records (33 and 45 RPM) and CDs: Charged per item shipped USPS Media Mail, $0 additional postage for up to 3 additional units purchased at the same time, then extra postage will be added as package weight/size increase postage cost. Multiple disks in a set count as additional units.
International: Canada and other international orders are calculated based on item WEIGHTS. If you have any questions about the calculated shipping cost, please me BEFORE processing the payment, as I am willing to work with you to arrive at a fair shipping cost, if possible.
JANUARY 2022: USPS shipping to Canada re-enabled, please use USPS or FedEx.
International Returns: Customer pays any return shipping costs for any discretionary returns. PLEASE ASK ME IN ADVANCE if you have any questions about an item's condition before you purchase.
CONDITION AND GRADING:
Vinyl: All vinyl is cleaned ultrasonically then play graded via reasonable sampling. If there is slight noise, I downgrade and note such in condition notes. If there is persistent/excessive surface noise, I generally won't post it for sale. If you are not satisfied, please me.
CDs: CDs are inspected and graded visually and are play tested by a reasonable sampling to ensure that they play on my player. The CD's *sound quality* is not evaluated (unless I happen to find a skip or glitch, in which case I will not list it for sale at all). Cases, booklets, slip cases and other printed materials are included in Sleeve condition. I will describe jewel case condition i.e., any cracks, hinge issues, cuts etc., but will not provide refunds for jewel case damage that occurs in shipping. Again, if you are not satisfied, please me.
