📦 Delivery, Insurance & Returns

Returned packages: If your order is returned (wrong address, customs refusal), you’ll need to pay for re-shipping.

Insurance: Optional but highly recommended. Starts at $2.50 for $50 coverage.

Lost or delayed packages: We’ll assist where possible, but delays caused by the postal system are out of our hands.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Return within 7 days in the same condition.

No partial refunds. We’ve seen/heard every trick—thank you for understanding.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error.

Sealed records with factory defects: We’ll help you the label, but we can’t accept opened returns on sealed items.
