DubStoreUSA is the American branch of Record City, our headquarters based in Tokyo, Japan.
All DubStoreUSA orders are first prepared in our Japanese warehouse then shipped every working day to our American partner warehouse based in Florida, from where they are packed and dispatched. This way, when you order from us, even if the processing time takes a little longer than a domestic order, the final shipping cost is cheaper than a direct shipment from Japan and any possible customs taxes are avoided.
Please note that DubStore service is designed ideally for small orders. Above a certain weight, shipping cost for orders placed on DubStore may be higher than on our RecordCityJP store.

● CUSTOMER
Our team is available from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, Japan local time (US local time + 17h to 13h).

Please note that all Dub Store teams are not working on weekends. Any orders placed or any inquiry sent between Friday evening to Monday early morning will be treated on Monday (Japan local time).

● ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We don’t have any physical store and don’t provide pickup service.
Orders placed with DubStoreUSA will be processed at our US warehouse within 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS. A tracking number will be provided once your order shipped from our US warehouse.
All our orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Our shipping rates are all listed in the shipping table available from our Discogs home page.
Please understand that even though USPS says they are waiting for your package, our warehouse actually already handed the package to them. USPS tracking numbers usually shows no update between the moment the USPS team pick the package and the moment the package has actually already left their facilities.

● COMBINING
We do not combine orders that have both already been paid.
Discogs is technically only allowing to merge orders left unpaid, under the “invoice sent” status. In a case of additional item(s) placed in a new order after the original one got already paid for, please leave it unpaid an after the invoice sent and send us a message in the thread so we can adjust the shipping fees.

● INVENTORY
Due to the important number of items our teams are listing every day, items are all graded only visually. WE NEVER PLAYTEST OUR ITEMS.
Items listed as MINT should all be considered as new, complete and sealed or in their original blister/plastic sleeve.
Regarding used items, any condition details are stated in the description section if necessary. Please also note that accessories or bonus material that may sometimes be missing from second-hand items like OBI, LINER NOTES, POSTER, BONUS DISC and so on are mentioned in the description ONLY if included. (Exception is made for CD booklets and inlays that are not being considered as common missing accessories from used CDs).
Release specificities like PROMO or COLOR vinyl will also be mentioned in the description when it corresponds with the item.

Our inventory is available on different platforms. We update our listing every day, but it is still possible that an item that have been paid for may not be available eventually because it was already sold elsewhere a few minutes or hours before. If this case happens, we will always the customer and offer the refund for the related missing item(s).

● PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
We only accept payments via PayPal.
PayPal services in Japan are provided by the Singapore PayPal branch, so any information found during the payment process related to Japanese or Singaporean are normal.
Refunds are issued directly via the Discogs order page that is connected to the PayPal transaction used for the payment.

● RETURNS
Returns are possible depending on the situation. Please DON’T RETURN ITEMS BY YOUR OWN MEANS before ing us. If we are responsible for the situation at the origin of a return request, we will always provide a prepaid return label. Related refund for a return will be issued as soon as our warehouse receive the package.
Please note that any return label issued will be voided and the return procedure closed past 30 days without confirmation form the customer that the package has been posted.
Customer will always be ed in case the order is getting automatically returned by postal services. In case no answer is received after 30 days, the order will be considered as cancelled and will be immediately refunded.

Cases older than 3 months will not be treated. Neither refund or return will be offered after 90 days.
