Thank you for choosing Flooid Records! We have been in the music production industry for over 17 years, however, we have only been on Discogs for about 3 years. We are constantly adding new inventory, which is a very time consuming process, so please be patient with us during this time. We want to make sure everything is done right, and as accurately as possible. It all starts with a visual inspection. We use a high-quality magnified UberLight to make sure there are not any extreme scratches or scuffs that can damage a stylus. We then will play-test all vinyl records from start to finish. Any sealed LP's will remain sealed and assumed mint. Utilizing nothing but the external components, we will do our best to get the correct pressing variant.

Over time, our catalog will flourish thanks to awesome customers like you. We guarantee expedient and reliable service, while upholding excellent customer satisfaction. If you received a promo code for free shipping; make the order, but don't pay! We can zero-out the shipping fee, and then you can make the payment. (promo code discounts are only off items. -CD's & Cassettes: Standard jewel cases are NOT taken into consideration during the grading process, and therefore, will not be reflective of 'Sleeve Condition'. Only inserts, inlays, J-cards, booklets, Digipak, or any other album-specific components are graded as set standard by Goldmine. Any standard jewel cases that are chipped, cracked, or broken, will be replaced prior to shipping. Otherwise, we will ship the CD or cassette in the original jewel case, (which could have minor scuffs/scratches).

- PACKING AND SHIPPING: No matter how small, or how large your order is, we treat each and every product with impeccable care. We use high quality record mailers along with protective poly sleeves. All records will ship outside the jacket, in one of the poly sleeves. This will prevent sleeve splits and help to maintain the integrity of the record, and prevent any scuffs. The vinyl itself will be thoroughly cleaned, and slotted in an archival quality anti-static inner sleeve. Any original sleeves/inserts will go back into the jacket. Each layer will be further secured with protective padding. Any extra space within the mailer will be occupied with either bubble cushion or foam sheets. This restricts any movement from within the parcel, and protects it against bumps and damage from the outside during the shipping process. - GRADING: Let's talk "Near Mint". Anybody who has been collecting vinyl for any amount of time will know: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PERFECT RECORD. Plain and simple. There is no such thing as a perfectly flat record. All records, (to some degree), will have some curvature. Even if it is one/one-thousandth of a degree. All records will have some kind of blemish, defect, etc. Even if it is only detectable with an electron microscope. 100% absolutely perfect records just do not exist, and if you have been led to believe otherwise; then you have been DUPED. So, when we grade an LP "Near Mint", it is exactly that.. NEAR mint. There may be a hairline we missed. There could be a ½ degree warp. Even possibly some spindle-wear we missed because we did not hold the LP at a 47 degree angle under a 120-watt Edison bulb at 17 inches distal to starboard. OK, that one was a little dramatic, but you get the point right? Just like the records, WE are not perfect either; so if we missed something, please be a bro about it, (or a sis). Simply let us know and we will work with you. There is no problem that we cannot fix. Our customers come first.

**As of January 5th, 2023, the United States Postal Service has restricted parcel service to the following countries/territories due to COVID-19 and/or other conflicts: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. At this time, we are unable to ship to any of these destinations.

- We do not participate in any discounted "ship to hub" services. We ship direct "our store, to your door".

- Certain items may have free shipping!
(This pertains to domestic, U.S. destinations only)

- All domestic orders ship via USPS Media Mail*. Shipping times, (Once USPS gains custody of package), will vary depending on location, however, it is usually between 2-7 days on domestic shipments. (Alaska and Hawaii will take longer, so expect delays)
*We will use USPS Ground in the event it is less expensive than Media Mail.

- All international orders will ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service; again, shipping times will vary. Expect anywhere from 3-30 days. Please note that any international order over 4lbs is required to use upgraded USPS Priority Mail International. (We will handle all that on our end though).

- Shipping address MUST match your PayPal ed address.

- Orders can be paid by any credit/debit card(s), or ACH bank-draft. However, customers must use PayPal to complete orders; owing to the fact that PayPal is currently the only channel in which we are able to receive payment.

- Orders will be automatically canceled as “non-paying buyer” if we have not received payment after 4 days of invoice.

- We absolutely will NOT conduct business outside of Discogs! So don't even ask. You WILL be reported and blocked immediately.

DEFECTIVE RECORD? Before messaging us about defective records, please make sure your stylus is clean and not heavily worn. Record needles do go bad, and must be replaced often. In addition, that your cartridge is properly aligned and mounted, and that your tonearm is set for the correct tracking force and anti-skate requirements. Record still defective? Proceed to the next segment below.

RETURNS: Yes! We accept them! Please us first though. We will be happy to provide you with a return shipping label. A refund will be issued upon receipt of retuned item(s). Keep in mind, a large amount of our inventory are vintage records that are >60 years old. Please read and understand the grading system before making a purchase. Also, make sure to read and understand the product description(s). We DO NOT accept returns, or give refunds of any amount if a mint condition, factory-sealed album has been opened. All sealed albums are researched thoroughly for the most accurate release and pressing; which may be incorrect since we do not have access to the internal components. All factory-sealed albums are assumed mint, and FLooid Records does not assume any liability in the event factory defects are present.
