All items shipped USPS insured Media Mail or better, depending on cost. Shipping costs are as follows, UNLESS noted otherwise in the description:
$7 for one or two vinyl records [12", 10", or 7"].
$1 for each additional record.
$6.00 for one or two CDs, or one or two DVDs and/or Blu-Rays, or one or two cassettes.
$0.25 for each additional item.

-2xLP sets will count as two items toward shipping quantity.
-3xLPs will count as two items toward shipping quantity.
-multi-disc CDs in jewelboxes, excluding box sets, count as one item toward shipping quantity.

-DVDs/Blu-Rays in standard Amaray cases count as one item toward shipping quantity.

Shipments will be made to the PayPal purchaser address only, usually on the same day as ordered.

All deliveries are INSURED. It is up to the buyer, not the seller, to file a claim with the shipping company (usually USPS) if a package is lost, damaged, stolen, etc.

Records delivered outside their jackets.
All shipments packed with extreme care using record mailers for vinyl and bubblewrap-lined kraft mailers for CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, and cassettes. Cardboard stiffeners, bubblewrap, and newspaper also used for packing. Corners of record mailers reinforced with extra packing tape. "Fragile" marked clearly on boxes.

ITEM/S MUST BE RETURNED TO ME IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND, unless deemed not necessary by ME. If a return is needed, exact item that was shipped must be returned. I log all Matrix identifiers, so please be sure you are returning exactly what I sent you.

**UPDATE ** As of 6/20/21, all records, except for sealed ones, deep cleaned with a VPI HW16.5 vacuum cleaner using distilled water prior to storage.

CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays typically hand-cleaned using distilled water and a lint-free cloth.

I tend to grade vinyl on how it sounds vs. how it looks, however, I often mention the appearance in the description. All vinyl has been full listen tested (also mentioned in description) unless sealed or noted otherwise. I use a Fluance RT82 turntable with an Ortofon OM10 stylus cartridge. All 10" and 12" vinyl delivered in a clear polybag.

I do not grade the condition of the CD/DVD jewelbox/amaray case, unless it is integral to the release; however, I will often mention the condition in the description. CD longboxes are not included in grading of graphics, condition will be mentioned in description.
