NOTE: Some listings have legacy notes re postage costs. If these costs differ from current shipping rates, current rates (invoice amount) will apply.
OFFERS
Occasionally, the "Make Offer" option will be applied to my whole inventory. In the majority of cases, reasonable offers will be accepted. Some of my prices, however, are already well below market value, and offers may be rejected.
I will offer substantial discounts for large CD and 7" singles orders (say, 6 or more). Feel free to message me about bulk discounts. If you wish, send a list of items and I'll let you know my best price, including postage.
Please do not send unsolicited offers or "what's your best price?" notes for individual items. If the "Make An Offer" choice is not available, assume the price is firm.
Please do not ask me to deal outside of the Discogs platform. I will not respond.
PACKING
Vinyl albums and 12" singles will normally be shipped in flat-pack mailers. I currently use EB Packaging Ultimate Black Version LP mailers. Recycled mailers may be substituted as appropriate. Records are packed separately to covers to prevent seam splits. Records and covers are packed in plastic outer sleeves.
7" Singles will be shipped in 'Lil FEP flatpack mailers.
DVDs, 7" singles, cassettes and CDs are usually sent as letters within Australia, without tracking.
Larger album orders are normally sent in “pizza box” mailers with bubble wrap.
GRADING
All items are graded visually, except where the notes indicate otherwise.
Items which are described as 'new and sealed', 'factory sealed' etc are assumed to be in Mint condition. They are sold strictly 'as is'. I will open and inspect / test sealed items on request, following payment. Otherwise, such items will be sent in their sealed packaging.
NON-PAYMENT
Orders will be automatically cancelled and negative applied if payment is not made within four (4) days.
POSTAGE, INSURANCE ETC
All items will be shipped via Australia Post, using standard delivery options. Tracking is included on all overseas orders and all Australian orders with a shipping cost of $12.50 or more.
Australia Post parcels (i.e., items shipping with tracking) are covered for up to AU$100 in value by default. If you require additional cover, signature-on-delivery, express post etc, please negotiate with me before ordering. If it is unsafe to leave parcels at your door, let me know so I can add signature-on-delivery. All items posted without insurance cover are the buyer's responsibility.
