I normally ship worldwide, but in periods when I'm not on Discogs or limit sales to my own country, you’re welcome to message me and I’ll activate countries if possible. Ask for information if your country doesn’t come up.

All records are from my personal collection bought or traded new and used over the years and most have been playgraded as well as visually checked before listing and will be checked again before shipping.

Unfortunately the minimum order had to be set to €5,- due to the way fees are calculated, but keep in mind that most often there’s room for more items in a shipment at the same shipping rate. Ask for info and I’ll weigh up.

Shipping is chosen in the drop-down menu on purchase.

Buyer pays for shipping and prices includes handling.

Domestic:
Postnord, Posten Norge. HeltHjem (HeltHjem kun på forespørsel og hvis mulig).

Internationally:
The Norwegian post offers letterpost (not trackable outside Norway), trackable letterpost (to select countries) and ed and trackable parcel.

Please note that it's the buyer's responsibility to choose the shipping method (ed/un-ed/trackable) that best fits the value of the order and the needs of the buyer.
Seller accepts no responsibility for lost shipments if buyer selects a shipping method without international tracking number.

Shipping rates and conditions in receiving countries can change on short notice and I can not be held responsible for delays, added fees or extra costs that might occur on the receiving end.

I normally ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, but on occasion this can take longer.

I recommend checking that the address on Discogs and on Paypal are the same to avoid unnecessary questioning and delays.

Some countries demand inclusion of phone and e-mail and keep, or return, shipments where these are not available. I can take no responsibility for delays or returns due to lacking information from buyer.

Lp's and records with inner sleeves will ship with the record in its inner sleeve placed on the outside of the outer sleeve to avoid damage.
Please specify clearly if this is not wanted. Sealed records will not be opened before shipping and will ship as sealed unless requested otherwise.

Shipping times:
Please have in mind that the shipping times can vary widely, but in general a shipping-time of 2 – 15 working days to European countries and 3 – 30 working days for the world is to be expected. However, sometimes it can take up to 30 - 60 days and even longer at times, both to European and to worldwide destinations. I can not take responsibility for any delays or damages that might occur during transportation.
Please ask for express and/or insured shipping if you want tracking, can't wait for the package or are anxious.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping may take some extra time to some destinations due to conflict situations that affects flights in some areas. Delays might be expected in these areas.

- Europe 19 Euro for LP/10 inch
- World 24 Euro for LP/10 inch

Though rare, some countries may have restrictions on shipping and goods that is beyond my control and I reserve the right to cancel orders due to restrictions in receiving country making it impossible to purchase shipping in my country. Some countries only accept letterpost and to those countries shipping is at buyer’s risk.

I often give the opportunity to make an offer. Please note that if accepted, Discogs by default chooses the cheapest letterpost option (ed, but normally not trackable). me if you need trackable shipping.

I normally use Discogs default weight for CD’s/CDr’s when listing which includes jewelcase. Some (most?) CD’s in jewel-case can ship at a cheaper letterpost rate without the jewel-case. If you don’t need the jewelcase and want it shipped without, me BEFORE making a payment for a shipping qoute.

Photos of items: Pictures can be provided if needed, but email of recipient is needed and must be included in request. Due to scammers, requests will be checked before responding so please allow some time for response.

EU customers: I ship from Norway which is in Europe, but not part of the EU. To countries in EU that have implemented VAT this will be added to your order automatically by Discogs. Being outside EU I can unfortunately not ship private to private on sales through Discogs.

I normally check that buyers Discogs address and Paypal address are the same. If not, I ship to the address given on Paypal.
Phone number should be included with order to avoid delays.
Please be advised that due to the current international regulations and requirements applicable for posting international items, the Post Office must now exchange electronic data exchange (EDI), meaning that the phone number and email address of the recipient are required for shipping to some destinations.
I recommend that these are available upon purchase and I can not take responsibility for delays or problems should they occur.

Important: If you wish the items shipped to a different address than provided by Paypal you must also add this information as comment through Paypal when paying to avoid delays.
If there's doubt I'll always ship to the address provided by Paypal.

I Norge (unntatt Svalbard/Jan Mayen) sender jeg normalt som registrert og sporbar sending med Postnord, Posten Norge/Bring eller Helt Hjem (Helt Hjem kun ved forespørsel og på kjøpers risiko).
Ved spørsmål send meg en melding via Discogs.
- LP’er sendes med Postnord opp til 5 kilo. Hvis Posten Norge ønskes, må Norgespakke velges i utsjekk.
- Alle norske transportører bruker SMS, app, eller lignende for å informere om pakker. Husk å oppgi telefonnummer sammen med bestilling for å unngå forsinkelse. Hvis ikke telefonnummer oppgis vil jeg sjekke hos nummerinformasjon. Jeg kan ikke ta ansvar for feil eller forsinkelser som kan oppstå på grunn av manglende telefonnummer ved bestilling.
- CD og singler o.l. vil kunne sendes som brev opptil 350 gram til samme pris som registrert (350 grams brev 2-7 cm fra postkasse). CD/CDr i pappomslag eller uten jewelcase o.l. kan sendes billigere som brev opptil 100 gram. Kan velges i meny ved betaling.
- Posten Norge/Bring leverer i postkasse, pakkeboks eller til utleveringssted.
- Postnord leverer til nærmeste utleveringssted eller pakkeboks. Oppgi gjerne foretrukket hentested ved bestilling.
- Helt Hjem leverer i postkasse, på dør eller nærmeste utleveringssted.
Telefonnummer må oppgis i bestilling for å unngå forsinkelser. Hvis dette ikke er oppgitt avventes sending til telefonnummer er mottatt.
- Lokal pickup er mulig i Bergensområdet.
- Til Svalbard/Jan Mayen er brevpost med Posten Norge/Bring billigste alternativ. Sending til Svalbard/Jan Mayen kun på forespørsel.

Internationally I ship with the Norwegian post (Posten Norge/Bring) to worldwide destinations (except to countries affected by restrictions).
To international destinations Posten Norge/Bring offer the following alternatives:
- Standard priority airmail letterpost up to 2 kilo as the cheapest option (only available by request). This is normally not trackable outside Norway, but gets a registration number as a reference. Priority airmail letterpost is not insured and is at buyer’s own risk.
- Trackable letterpost for small formats (7’’, CD, CDr, DVD, MC) to some countries (check the «Ships from» option in my store to see if your country is included or choose in check-out if applicable.
- Trackable parcel for all formats from 1 kilo up to max 20 kilos.

VAT and taxes:

Discogs seems to have a fix for the problem with double VAT that occured at times in some European countries:

If this should happen most countries seem to have a system for refund of double charged VAT and can be checked at your national post office.

Note that the buyer is responsible for all possible added costs, VAT or taxes for import or customs fees should they occur and that I am not responsible for packages held at customs or for any additional customs fees or duties in any country. Check the Discogs help site for more detailed info on VAT and the taxes they collect on behalf of some countries/states or check with your country/state for local information.

Commercial receipt from Discogs with all relevant tax numbers and information will always follow orders as well as being entered digitally if possible upon shipping purchase.

Proof of posting (receipt) will always be kept.

I do not accept returns on sealed items if seal is broken. Other returns only accepted by mutual agreement. Return postage is buyers responsibility. Any pre-paid VAT on returns must be covered by buyer as it is non-refundable from Discogs.

For CD's with jewel-case or MC’s the case itself is not rated, only the item and inserts. Also for CD’s: While I do my best to be accurate, I can’t guarantee that the matrix/runout and/or ifpi codes (some records have countless variants) are correct on every CD for sale. If this is important, do ask before ordering.

For LP’s: Generic inner sleeves are normally not graded in any way and may have bends or minor splits from assembly or shipping.

Note: Some LP's have coupons for mp3, but please have in mind that I cannot guarantee that the coupons are valid or unused since some of them are active only for a limited period and some records are secondhand copies. However, if they are present they will always follow the record since they are part of the release.

I sometimes sell or trade on other venues and in rare cases an item can be sold while still listed here on Discogs. While I try to avoid this as much as is possible, I can't guarantee it won't happen and reserve the right to cancel such orders.
