PACKING:
Records are packed in a multi-layered cardboard box and protected with a bubblewrap. By request, we can pack vinyl records outside of the sleeve.
PAYMENT:
Payment is possible only by PayPal from 01.02.2022 onward (Discogs PayPal Payments Solution).
(add-on: payment can be done via credit card, but only with manual choosing before placing an order)
Any additional changes to your orders, once it was paid for, are not possible anymore!
COLOURED VINYL DISCLAIMER:
Sometimes labels will use the same barcode and catalog number for multiple colored variants of an LP, if you want to make sure that a vinyl color is as listed please place the order and US PRIOR to paying.
AVAILABILITY:
We sell on multiple platforms and sometimes sold items are not unlisted right away therefore it can happen that a record you ordered is out of stock or not available anymore. No worries – we can usually get a new copy in 2 to 10 days.
We also have a relisting software that sometimes relists items that are not available anymore, we try to remove them as fast as possible.
Please be aware that some of our items are automatically re-listed by our relisting software. While highly reliable it may have occasional inaccuracies (color/year of release) as it is based on EAN codes, which could be the same for various releases. We thank you for your understanding if the item for sale is not in our stock!
LOST PACKAGE:
If the item is lost/misplaced by a third party we will issue an official inquiry and try to resolve the matter as fast as possible.
Refunds are possible only after the package has been either delivered to the buyer or returned to us.
If the buyer fails to pick up the package in the given time provided by the Courier service, the customer is unfortunately not eligible for a refund. The package can be sent back for additional shipping costs.
