SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched in most circumstances same day or next day depending on when order is placed (excluding weekends or public holidays).

I take great care in packing your vinyl, and use NEW Music Max QP2 - Vinyl Protection from DEFENDA (250gs) labelled with fragile tape. These have received excellent worldwide from customers. It is always my intention that you should receive your order in pristine condition. I will always remove records from their sleeves before packing to avoid seam splits, EXCEPT where brand new and sealed, unless of course I receive instructions to do so. The mailers are designed to minimize "shifting" during shipping. CDs, Cassettes & 7" vinyls are shipped in cardboard boxes with additional bubble wrap.

I operate a fair & honest shipping policy with non inflated shipping costs. If you are considering placing an order and you think the shipping costs to be high, please me and I will double check. Please don't ask for a discount on shipping costs, these are Royal Mail's fixed prices and include Discogs' 9% shipping commission charge of which I have no control over.

I offer a range of shipping solutions, both domestically and internationally. All orders are fully insured whether in the UK or standard international / International Tracked & Signed. The shipping policies are tailored so that you will receive the most economical rates, but at the same time confidence that your item(s) are fully protected against loss or damage.

In the unlikely event that your record is lost or damaged, providing you have paid for signed and tracked, and with your full co - operation I will claim back on your behalf from Royal Mail, to ensure that you get a full refund and your order will be replaced (providing still available), if standard international (no tracking) is purchased the maximum refund is £20 plus shipping costs.
