Buyers from the following countries recently got a wrong high shipping fee in their shopping cart:

No idea why this is happening as the settings are all correct, but shipping can be adjusted before paying in case you really do get a shipping fee that is wrong. Talk to me before ordering if you suspect shipping is wrong.

● Since a while back, Discogs is charging fees on the shipping price (and PayPal charges their fee on the payment total).

Please be aware, I am unable to do time sensitive orders and I can never guarantee arrival within a specific time frame, so if you are ordering music for weddings, funerals or pagan rituals, please order at least a few weeks in advance. In the past, I have received orders and been notified that it is for such special occasions and that they need the item by tomorrow or something like that. Sorry, I can't do that. Thank you for your understanding.

The shipping total is calculated automatically when you put items in the shopping basket. It is calculated based on the total weight of your items (usually shipped without the plastic cases) and it should get more affordable relative the item quantity, the more items you put in the basket.

Plastic cases are not graded. Sometimes they are removed upon listing item if the case is in tremendously bad shape. They are only graded if they are specific to that release (irreplaceable).

The CD's that are offered without the plastic case can be sent with the plastic case too! Just let me know which option you prefer before you pay!
This does not override the non-optional ed shipping method that is required for some items.
Please note: Plastic cases for used CD's may have been replaced more than once since they were sold new over 30 years ago.

My items are graded VERY carefully and the condition of the items really is very accurate. Many of my items have detailed description too whenever any details require clarification beyond the standard grading codes.

SPECIAL ITEMS (any destination) = €50.00 and up.
Special items are items of non-standard size and/or weight. For such items, there is no default shipping quote as the prices can vary a lot depending on too many various factors to be listed here. As an exception, I will try to get the automatic shipping calculator display the shipping price for such items so that you will be able to see it when clicking on said item.

To some destinations and for some items, registration is required and will be shown automatically as a higher shipping quote. This only concerns a very small % of the items.

● By default, most CD's are sent without the plastic case under 100g, but are of course packed really well with as much protective material as possible.
Only CD's that are sealed or have non-standard cases will be shipped with those cases, otherwise they are shipped without the plastic case.
Cases that are considered non-standard are ones that are specific to that release, such as cases with special print, custom colour, or a very unusual size or shape. Such cases will be included by default and will be really well protected with additional packaging material.
”Jewelcases”, ”Slim jewelcases” and ”Super jewelcases”, or multi-disc versions of those, are all standard cases, as long as they don’t have special print, custom colour, or a very unusual size or shape.

FAQ

Q: Have you received my payment?
A: If you paid by PayPal, then yes. PayPal notifies both payer and recipient about payment.

Q: I paid on this or that date & has my item been shipped / when will you ship?
A: You will be informed after the order has been shipped. Dispatch, so please allow the same amount of time, at the very least, to update status.

◽If you have a more urgent message, then I try to reply as quickly as possible, but matters that are covered by the status update, such as "Shipped" will not be replied to other than in connection to updating the status.
Please, also keep in mind that I am handling several orders at the same time. Sadly, some buyers are under the impression that they are the only ones ordering from me.
Please do not use the ”Seller Not Responding” alert prematurely (for example; less than 24 hours after posting a question would definitely count as premature). So far, with one exception, the only times that buyers have used this function is when they haven’t even posted a message for me to respond to. This can only mean that someone is impatient and incredibly, too lazy to even post a message. If you don’t even post a message, then I cannot know what your concern is and how to respond to it.
If there is a reason for a delay in dispatch, updating or responding, the ”Seller Not Responding” alert will in no way speed up the process. On the contrary, it will take up extra time that I could have put on important aspects of handling the orders.
The ”Seller Not Responding” alert is meant to be used as a last resort if a seller is actually unwilling to respond at all for whatever reason, but I have never personally encountered that. Please don’t casually abuse this function.
If there is any problem, me before leaving since that is also a last resort thing. Certainly do not post bad album reviews in the section if you’re disappointed with the music, which people also do. It is not helpful to anyone.
This should all be common sense, but unfortunately, I am forced to clarify all of this. If anyone would bother to actually read the agreement (Seller ) you are required to read before consenting to it, that would be great. All necessary information is available to the buyer before ordering and it is also available here to double-check afterwards too.

◽DELIVERY TIME
To avoid disappointment, please assume that delivery might take long. I have no influence over how quick the post delivers mail and I can not make any predictions or promises regarding that. Through the years, I have noticed that sometimes a shipment arrives unbelievably fast, while other times, it can take an unreasonably long time and there is never any good explanation for it. I appreciate your patience and understanding for the process.
During holiday seasons, like for example end of December to beginning of January, delivery will undoubtedly take a lot longer than usual. If you are placing a time sensitive order (during any season) or if you are ordering in December or for a special occasion, please make sure to order ahead of time. If you want your order to arrive before the Winter holidays, your order should be placed (and paid for), at the very least, before December 14. This does not guarantee delivery on time, but after December 14, the chances of timely arrival are really slim. Please also keep in mind, that during this season (or other holiday seasons), I get a lot of orders at once and if there's too many orders to dispatch at once, there is a risk of dispatch getting delayed. So again, please order early and/or expect long delivery as the post offices are running late with the delivery around the holidays.

◽ GENERAL INFO
I am forced by law to state the purchase value of the item on the customs declaration and I am not allowed to tick the content of the shipment as "gift".
When paying by PayPal, I ship to your delivery address as stated on your PayPal payment/receipt by default. I reserve the right to send certain items by ed mail only, especially if payment is done by PayPal and/or it's a high value item (generally over €15.00).

◽ LATEST SHIPPING UPDATE
On January 2020, the Swedish post raised the shipping prices like they do each year. The options that are affected the most are 100-250g and all ed options, especially the cost of sending 1x vinyl LP within Europe has increased drastically to €20.00. Selling vinyl records to outside Europe is now so expensive that it may no longer be viable at all unless it's an incredibly rare record.
The Swedish post increased the shipping costs in January 2025, as every year before that.
