Bis zur Bezahlung einer Bestellung können Artikel durch uns entfernt (falls nicht mehr vorrötig z. b.) oder hinzugefügt werden.
(Wir überprüfen die Verfügbarkeit, falls bei Mehrfachbestellungen Teile davon nicht mehr auf Lager sind werden diese erstattet oder können durch andere nach Kundenwunsch ersetzt werden.

Über Lieferzeiten sowohl in In- wie Ausland, können Angaben bei den zuständigen Logistikern erfragt werden.

Mit einer vorgenommenen Bezahlung ist der Bestellvorgang abgeschlossen. Änderungen oder Ergänzungen können dann nicht mehr vorgenommen werden. Alle nach der Bezahlung hinzugefügten Artikel gelten als eine neue Bestellung, für die die Versandkosten neu erhoben werden.

Postnachforschungen müssen je nach Fall eingereicht werden und haben mit ihrem Start eine gesetzliche Laufzeit von bis zu 90 Werktagen.

LP/12" Bestellungen werden so gut es geht in stärkeren Verpackungskartons als die im Handel üblichern geliefert.

- shipping to various contries made via plane as usual, some takes longer because of local postal service, so be patient, we will do our best

- Mint/mint means new, but not necessarily shrink-wrapped, since in it is mostly the retail trade that does the shrink-wrapping and not the record industry. this happens completely differently. Therefore, our offers are only sealed if it is EXPRESSLY stated.

-If shipments outside of cannot be delivered due to an undeliverable address or not picked up or other reasons, we will be charged return shipping costs by the relevant logistics partner.
Therefore, the shipping portion does not cover the costs for us, but in such cases we will refund the item value (as long as it is not returned damaged), unless the customer wants a new delivery, which, however, has to be paid for again via Paypal. Therefore, please be sure to pick up the shipment from the appropriate storage point!! we think shipments have a storage period of 7 days (not necessarily working days).

-We check availability, if parts of multiple orders are no longer in stock, they will be refunded or can be replaced with others according to customer requirements.

Please note that for international transactions outside the EU, customs controls may take place, which significantly extend the delivery time of shipments. for example The USA has statutory inspection periods of up to 90 days.
