ALL ORDERS SHIP TO PAYPAL ADDRESS. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. If you place an order and ask for it to be shipped elsewhere I will automatically cancel the order and leave you negative . If you try to ship to a US address while having a foreign Paypal address, the same thing will happen. Having a Paypal address in a country with a more expensive shipping cost while having a Discogs shipping address in a country with a cheaper shipping cost will result in the same thing happening. Paypal does not cover the seller if an issue arises with an order and it is shipped somewhere other than what they can see. Plus cancelling a paid order costs me the entire Paypal fee for the order. If I have to pay for your carelessness with my bank , then you will pay with your score.

SENDING ME LINKS AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES VIA MESSAGE WILL GET YOU BLOCKED. I DO NOT send pictures of items to anybody. Doing so can cost both of us our s. I do not respond to messages asking. Read your Discogs agreement. Off-platform communication is grounds for termination.

SHIPPING TIME for US orders is usually the following business day from when you pay your order (if paid before 3:00 PM Eastern time). International orders will take 1-3 business days to process. Obviously orders do not ship on Sundays or postal holidays. Large orders and/or orders containing multiple CDrs that need play-tested may take longer to process. I will message you in the event of any delay beyond what I've promised here.

WHEN YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS AND NAME ON THE DO NOT MATCH the order may be held for up to 3 days and possibly cancelled if I cannot feel safe shipping to you.

PRICES and are non-negotiable. The ONLY exception to this would be when media books/artbooks or other multi-disc sets are displaying ridiculously high shipping rates for international orders. Message me and ask about such items BEFORE ORDERING if you want to buy them. I will have to manually adjust the shipping cost, but the transaction will still go through Discogs and Paypal.

ORDER MINIMUM - $10.00

0 BUYERS - Your order will automatically be held for 24 hours. If I have ANY reason to suspect you or your are fraudulent I will cancel your order.

US TERRITORIES - Ask before buying if you are shipping to a US territory. I have had problems with the customs info printing on the labels in the past. It should work now, but just ask before buying so I can print a test label before money is involved. Otherwise there's a possibility of me having to cancel your order.

FORWARDING SERVICES - If you choose to ship to a forwarding service I WILL NOT refund you in the event that your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Ship to these ridiculous services at your own risk. Everything about this is a risk and a problem.

DO NOT MIX VINYL ORDERS WITH OTHER FORMATS. They do not ship safely together. Place a separate order if you want items of another format. If you order another format along with vinyl I WILL CANCEL whatever items I need to cancel to ship a partial order safely.

VINYL PACKAGING. Mighty Music Mailers will hold 1-2 single LPs or 1 double LP. (Single records in a gatefold take up the space of 2.) Vinyl orders containing any more than this will arrive in a large box with corner protectors. Mighty Music Mailers WILL NOT accommodate placing 2 vinyl records outside of the gatefold. This can be done with single vinyl titles, but when a gatefold is present the records must go INSIDE the gatefold. Trying to force more than the mailers are made to accommodate causes the cardboard to have to be stretched, which will warp the records if they do not lay flat. I WILL NOT open sealed records to ship them.

CD/CASSETTE/DVD/BLURAY PACKAGING. These come packaged in a cardboard box, and with various additional packaging as I see fit and this cost is worked into the cost of shipping for your order. I DO NOT ship discs without their cases. I WILL NOT accommodate special packaging requests for a plethora of reasons. Sending messages with your order will simply be ignored.

MEDIA MAIL SLOW. Media Mail is the cheapest option, but it is cheap for a reason. It can be very slow. I offer faster shipping, so choose accordingly when placing your order. Shipping service estimates are NOT guarantees, but estimates. These services usually do not take longer, but can, especially during peak seasons.

DELAYED PACKAGES. In the event of delayed packages, they almost always deliver. Ask to add insurance to your order before paying and I will add it. Free USPS insurance is not reliable. I use insurance from a third party that has not done me wrong yet. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you WILL NOT get a refund until at least 30 days have ed since mailing AND all the appropriate channels have been exhausted to get these packages moving again. USPS is making a lot of mistakes now. I make no promise regarding delivery times. IF YOU CHOOSE TO FILE A PAYPAL CLAIM BECAUSE YOUR PACKAGE ISN'T MOVING AS QUICKLY AS YOU THINK IT SHOULD, YOU WILL RECEIVE IMMEDIATE NEGATIVE .

ORDER ALTERATIONS. I will not alter orders that are already packed. I pack orders very quickly. If you want other items after the order is packed, then you need to place another order.

TRACKING numbers will be sent when your order is shipped. Everything has a tracking number. See what countries include full tracking under INTERNATIONAL TRACKING.

FREE SHIPPING deal is only for orders of $150 and over and only to US customers. No exceptions. These will go via Media Mail. If you want faster shipping, then you will need to pay for it and I will adjust your invoice accordingly BEFORE you pay. I CANNOT accept additional money afterward.

PAYPAL ADDRESS. This is where your order will ship to. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER . In rare instances I may need to you if there is a problem with your order. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours I will cancel the order and refund it.

PO BOXES. If you choose to ship to a PO Box, then it is your responsibility to pick up your package when it arrives and you assume all risks associated with using a PO Box for delivery. Orders that are returned to me by the USPS will only receive a partial refund if any at all.

JEWEL CASES. Discogs clearly define them as replaceable parts and they are not considered in the grading process. Orders are packed well, but cases break very easily. I DO NOT send refunds for damaged jewel cases. I DO NOT ship CDs without their cases.

RATES for US shipping are calculated by the cart. It will throw out deceptive messages. I can’t control this. If you think your order is calculated wrong, it’s almost always because there’s a double disc set in your cart or an “all media” format, which will throw the shipping calculations into another category. The cost to ship has been meticulously calculated by me to be the price of postage for your item AND the mailer or box used to ship your order. These prices are non-negotiable.

US rates:
Media Mail - 1-3 CDs - $5.25, 4-9 CDs - $7.25, 1 small vinyl - $5.50, 1 large vinyl - $8.75
Ground Advantage - 1 CD - $8.00, 2 CDs - $9.00, 3 CDs - $10.00, 1 small vinyl - $9.00, 1 large vinyl - $15.00
Priority - 1 CD - $14.55, plus $1.50 per each CD, 1 small vinyl - $16.20, 1 large vinyl - $19.00
DVDs/Blurays/cassettes - the same as CD prices, except for DVDs/Blurays count as 2 CDs. Some cassettes count as 2 items. Pay attention to multi-disc sets and deluxe packaging, which will increase the cost.

LOST/DAMAGED/STOLEN PACKAGES. I am not responsible for lost or damaged or stolen packages. You can choose to insure your order for an additional cost based on the cost of the package. Message me before buying if you want insurance and I will add it to your invoice before buying.

INSURANCE CLAIMS take at least 2 weeks to complete. Buyers are responsible for providing all the proof that I need to submit the claim. Refunds will be given when they are received from my shipping provider.

NEW/SEALED ITEMS are sold as-is. I mention any obvious defects, but they are presumed to be mint otherwise. Refunds will not be given if you find a bent corner on a booklet or a mark on a disc.

CDr ORDERS. Orders containing CDr and DVDr discs will be play tested for loss before shipment and will take an additional 24 hours to process. I have a lot of CDr titles and I can't possibly keep them all tested for sale. If you're worried about a particular CDr title, then ask before you buy and I will play test it. My general rule of thumb is the 15 year mark. If a CDr you purchased is found to have loss I will message you with options. If you do not respond within 24 hours the item will be cancelled and relisted with a different grade/price. I also DID NOT make any of the CDrs I am selling. This is the way many bands self-released their material and many record labels released them as well. I had to change MANY of the database entries, which were incorrect to begin with, to sell them properly. I received tons of these over the years listed as CDs with no explanation whatsoever.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS. International shipping is still gradually opening. I cannot ship more than 4 pounds and/or $400 internationally. My rates are calculated to go through the roof after a certain point to for multiple shipments. Certain items may calculate extremely high due to this. If it is a CD media book, it most likely can go for a normal rate. Make sure your address is in ROMAN CHARACTERS, the alphabet you see here, or I cannot ship to you. Message me BEFORE buying if you plan to purchase an item with unusually high shipping charges and I will give you instructions. I will manually adjust the shipping cost, but payment will still go through Paypal and Discogs. The same instructions would apply to those interested in placing large orders since multiple shipments would need to be planned and calculated by me. I WILL NOT LIE ON YOUR CUSTOMS FORM about your item price. Any import duties you have to pay are your responsibility. This is clearly spelled out in the Discogs . International orders will come with an invoice with the same accurate information. I would recommend having a phone number on your Discogs or Paypal for your shipping label/customs form in case of delivery issues, but I WILL NOT send messages asking for one. I don't have the time to do this. The Discogs-provided Tax ID will be included with your customs form if you pre-paid a tax, but there is no guarantee that you will not be double-charged when delivered. If you refuse a package and it is returned to me, you will only receive a partial refund after all of my losses are subtracted, which will include the full shipping cost, all fees, and any damages the items may receive while in limbo. Certain items cannot ship outside of the US. They are marked in the comments section of the items. If you try to buy these items to ship internationally, they will be cancelled from the order.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING. All orders are sent from USA and come with tracking. NOT ALL countries will have trackable shipping once the package leaves USA. Countries with full tracking: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, , Georgia, , Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam. For ALL other countries your tracking will end when the package leaves USA. For Mexico, you may get lucky and the tracking may work, but it is not guaranteed.

GRADING is done very conservatively and meticulously. I sell very nice items with only a few duds here and there. Most of my items are under-graded.

IMPERFECTIONS like barcode punches, promo cuts and defects will be mentioned in the comments section of each listing. Most of what I have to sell do not fall into this category. If it’s not mentioned, then it’s not a problem. Please don't send me messages asking about this. I will tell you to look at the comments section for the item. I'm very careful about mentioning this type of thing because I hate ending up with them, too. Most of what I have I bought from record label webstores and reputable sellers.

EXTRAS/ACCESSORIES. Slip covers, OBI strips, stickers, patches, edited artwork cover s, special inserts, certificates of authenticity, lenticular or holographic covers and cases, order forms, hype stickers... I will mention these in an item's description if they are included. I list my items carefully, but it's easy to overlook something like this, especially if it was missing from an item when I received it. If it is not specifically mentioned by me in the comments, then do not assume it is included. Ask before buying if it is a concern. Just because the database may include a photo of an extra like this does not mean it is included in your purchase.

DVD/BLU-RAY REGION/FORMAT CODING. Pay attention to this. I sell imports, so not all videos will play in a standard North American player. I also list these very carefully by matrix, so you will get what the database says you will get. If the listing isn't clear, then ask. Returns will not be accepted if these do not play on your equipment.

DIGITAL S. Always assume these are expired or already redeemed. There is never any guarantee that a digital would work.

RETURNS are only accepted in the event of me sending you the wrong item. I will pay return shipping only in this instance, which will require proof. I DO NOT accept returns for any other reason.

OFFERS are only accepted via the "make an offer" feature, and only for the items I have enabled as such. NO EXCEPTIONS. Sending offers via message will be ignored. Lowball offers will be ignored. And avoid sending messages trying to convince me of things when you make an offer, unless you want to guarantee I decline it.

TRADES. I don't do this.

BLOCKED. Don't haggle, don't try to steal from me, respect the . It's not difficult. I've been buying online since 1998 and I've always had perfect buyer everywhere I've bought. I never sent messages haggling over prices or asking people to risk their ability to sell so I could save a few pennies. The fact of the matter is that the seller possesses the item you want, the seller has to package it and get it to you safely. Why would you want to anger them? When dealing with rare items especially, you may not have another option. Be respectful. It's not difficult. Yet my block list on here is enormous. Don't it. It doesn't give me joy to block people, but I have to to protect myself.
