I am away for a few days over the last weekend of May. I will be posting on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th, and then again (following the bank holiday) on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th. Items ordered from midnight on 20th will be posted on either 23rd or 24th, anything ordered after midday Friday 23rd will be posted on 27th or 28th. If you would like your order to be posted on the earlier of these dates please let me know.

I am once again sending to most EU countries. There have been delays and extra charges applied to some EU orders in the past which led to me stopping this service, but I hope that these have been largely resolved. If you do have any issues with EU deliveries please let me know.

Economy International post airmail postage will NOT BE TRACKED.
Standard International postage is tracked. (unless this is not possible to certain destinations).

There might be import taxes to pay on orders. Payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer, (some of these are paid automatically through Discogs)

As dolandaka does not reach the threshold at which it is required to for VAT in the UK, UK sales have no VAT.

Shipping charges
Discogs operates a system by which postage costs are calculated at time of order. This operates on different scales, and sometimes an item will be charged at a higher shipping cost than I would normally charge, due to the category that it is classified as belonging to. I am usually aware of this, and will have priced the item more cheaply than I usually would to compensate for the extra postage cost. Otherwise, my postage is charged at what it costs me to post the item.
Occasionally, with multiple items, especially for International orders, postage can be unreasonably high, so please let me know if you think postage is unreasonable, and I will adjust it if I can.

If you have issues with an order that has been placed, please let me know before leaving . I have been selling online for over 15 years, and have always been able to come to a satisfactory arrangement when problems arise.

Signed For and Tracking
UK: Postage prices are for second class UK post. If you require first class, please let me know.
Orders over £40 will be sent signed for at no extra cost, please let me know if you would like an order that comes in at less than that posted signed for. (this will entail an extra payment and will not necessarily guarantee faster delivery at present).

Non-payment
If payment is not received, I usually buyers to check whether they want to go ahead, but I do reserve the right to cancel orders which have not been paid for after 6 days, without at my discretion.

Cancellations: Paypal fees
If an order is cancelled by the buyer after payment has been made I reserve the right to refund the customer the full amount paid minus the fees that Paypal charged on the original payment.

Condition ratings
Most descriptions are from visual inspection. In the case of a disc with marks which I feel might impact on play in any way, I will test the disc on my player and this will be noted as having been play-tested. Some discs which rate as ‘very good’ and anything of a condition below that will have been play-tested. I don’t have the time to play everything that I sell, and different players give different results in my experience, so all discs are refund guaranteed against any problems with playback.
I try to judge condition conservatively, and as carefully as possible, but there is always a subjective aspect to the process. If you receive an item which you do not think is in the listed condition, please let me know.
Mint discs will almost always be sealed. The only exception is a disc which I know has not been played and which is visually inspected as mint, as when I have removed the seal from a new item to check the details of the release or to replace a broken case. This will always be noted in description.
Near mint will almost always have no marks at all visible under light. Occasionally I might list an item with one or two very slight, tiny marks in this category. This will be noted.
A very good + disc will show little or no obvious signs of use at a glance, but will show some lighter marks when viewed under a strong light source. A vg+ cd will have only a few such marks, as will be described in listing.
Very good means that the disc will have some marks which are clearly visible. Please note this when buying. There might be many very slight, cosmetic marks across the disc, or just a couple of more prominent hairlines. The nature of the marks will be noted.
I very rarely list items of good+ or lower condition. These tend to be more expensive items which I can provide a playable copy of at a cheaper price. These discs will have more obvious marks than a very good disc, all of which will be described. All discs will have been played on my system and will play perfectly.
In the unlikely event of a disc being faulty, all money will be refunded on return.
