I am NOT a professional seller or store or whatever related to business, so please keep in mind all items are from my private collection.
Some of my items were never played/used so they are graded Mint (or NM).

ALL my records (LP'S, 12's, 10"s, 7"s) are stored in plastic bags for protection.

All parcels are sent using ed (track & trace) shipping – I will always send the ID which can be tracked.

I am a collector myself and I understand exactly how you feel when you buy vinyl through the mail. Albums ship in NEW boxes specifically designed to protect vinyl records in the mail.

Vinyl records are removed from outer sleeves to keep creasing & possible spine damage to a minimum.
If an item is sealed, and you would prefer the vinyl to be placed outside of its sleeve before dispatch, to avoid seam and spine splitting, please let me know.

Delivery times are approximate and can be slightly different depending on the destination and the period of the year.
Shipping cost includes cardboard boxes and packing materials.
Cardboard boxes and protective material weight from 60 up to 300 gr depending on the size of the parcel.
Gatefold covers usually weight more.

Jewel cases of CD's are not graded. Factory-sealed records are described as "mint" (I'm not responsible for any defects).

I cannot be held responsible for customs/import fees that your country may require.This is the buyer's responsibility.
I always double check all items before delivery. I take great care to provide very strong and enduring packaging. I am not responsible for any accident happened during shipping.

In case of returns, buyer pays return shipping. If the item returns damaged or it is different than the one it was sent it won't qualify for credit.
