MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS: The automated shipping system may sometimes produce inaccurate prices for larger orders-especially for orders outside the USA. We are happy to offer the lowest possible shipping charges to you on a case by case basis. There are 2 ways to do this: 1) Place your order, but do not pay your invoice immediately, and send us a request to check the shipping charges. If we can reduce them, we will do so. 2) us before you place your order. Please tell us exactly which items you want to order, along with your mailing address, and we will respond with the best possible shipping quote based on exact weight & size when packed.

DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to adjust inaccurate shipping prices, whether they be high or low in regard to our actual cost. Should this occur, we will communicate clearly with the buyer. In the case of a gross overcharge to the buyer, we will make an appropriate refund-we want your return business! In the case of undercharges to the buyer that do not cover our costs, we will issue a new invoice. If the revised shipping charges are not acceptable to the buyer, we will cancel the order and refund any payments made.

REFUND POLICY: We guarantee all items to be as described. Return requests in the USA will be considered within a 21 day period from the shipping date. Items must be returned by the least expensive shipping method, securely packed, and in the SAME CONDITION as when they were shipped to the customer. Please us before shipping with a reason for the return request, and do not ship until we respond. YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY!
