NOTE I’ve stopped sending pictures to E mail addresses due to the fact that people rarely actually buy. The whole point of grading is to give an approximate picture of the sleeve and how the record will sound.

Shipping to EU, since Brexit the amount of orders to Europe has reduced by 95%, recently I’ve had a spate of order from the EU returned dispute using Royal Mail’s on line customs form, therefore until this problem is rectified I’m suspending orders to the EU.

RETURNS: accepted if the item is faulty or not as described, please me first so we can discuss it before returning. All sales are guaranteed if you are not happy, see below about complaints and grades.

UK postage rates I can send in the UK LP’s up to 7 for the same rate as one, similar for 7”

CD’s and Cassettes UK and Overseas can be shipped without cases which will reduce weight, bulk and postage cost, often allowing the items to go as a large letter or much lighter parcel, if you want save on cost let me know and I can amend the order.
PLEASE NOTE, RE VINYL; I strongly recommend all purchasers clean using a device or wash the records in mild soapy warm water using detergent, then allow to dry before playing, as this removes the grease and mildew from deep in the grooves and improves the audio performance greatly, I carefully wipe clean before posting but a deeper clean can remove a lot of the surface noise

All records shipped in card sleeves or mailers with stiffeners, overseas in extra rigid mailers, LP's removed from their outer sleeves to avoid splitting the spine. Cassettes are sent usually in Jiffy bags.

Note many records are often graded visually due to the number of items listed and the grading is for the vinyl not the labels.

Grading is not an exact science so please me before giving bad . For example VG and good + etc is not a perfect record etc and people not familiar with grading should read Discogs (or Record Collector/ Goldmine) grading system. Even NM looking items can have a little background noise, and cassettes by their very nature can be an unreliable medium.
NM can be a difficult grade as purchasers often expect mint, I often use the useful grade EX, a Record Collector grade which means excellent, which is almost NM, but better than VG+, thanks for reading
