Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt der Käufer (gleiche Versandart welche vom Verkäufer gewählt wurde). Nach Zurückerhalt der Ware (binnen 14 Tage nach dem Widerruf) erhalten Sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen dann auf gleichem Wege Ihr Geld (inkl. der von Ihnen gezahlten Versandkosten) zurück, wie Sie die Zahlung geleistet haben.
Wenn nachzuweisen ist das die Ware durch schlechten Umgang beschädigt wurde werde ich keine Rückerstattung leisten.
REVOCATION:
Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, without stating reasons (a short message within the order is sufficient). Excluded are new goods that are no longer originally packed.
The cost of the return is borne by the buyer (same shipping which was chosen by the seller).
After receipt of the goods (within 14 days after the revocation) you will get back your money the same way (including the shipping costs paid by you), as you have made the payment within 14 days.
If it is proven that the goods were damaged by bad handling I will not refund.
