Please note: In general I allow myself 5 working days to post.

PLEASE NOTE: IF ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE BE AWARE I AM NOT IN CONTROL OF DELIVERY TIMES BUT I DO PROVIDE THE TRACKING NUMBER. PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PACKAGE, IF ITEM IS RETURNED (DUE TO NOT BEING COLLECTED FROM YOUR COLLECTION OFFICE OR NOT BEING HOME ETC) THE POSTAGE CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND I CANNOT COVER POSTAGE TO RESEND, SO PLEASE COLECT YOUR PACKAGES.

This is my private collection, I'm not selling as a business & I don't pay any additional countries tax, this is the buyers responsibility or Discogs collects this automatically where relivant.

Please be aware there may be delays on postage services and I'm not responsible for delivery times. If you need records delivered quickly please me before placing an order as I can't control delivery times. Please read my Profile for more information also.

I will play all orders to check them & if any errors or faults are noticed I will inform you to avoid any disappointment. I try to avoid buyers wasting money on returns as I don't cover return postage costs for items ordered in error, I'm happy to send pictures & video clips too. Please check the condition as the buyer covers return postage and it should be tracked or 'signed for' to ensure delivery as items are only refunded when received. Ordering is agreeing to the , please confirm that you're happy with the description as soon as possible to reduce chance of delays. I allow myself 7 working days to play test all orders, send a description of audio etc, pack and post, but please be aware at busy times and depending on order size this could be a little longer. Please respond/confirm ASAP to enable me to post as soon as possible.

If cancelling an order after payment has been made due to ordering by mistake the PayPal fees are not refunded by PayPal or myself (PayPal keep them*) so please DON'T PAY unless you are certain it is the correct grade/record, & read the description. Buyers are welcome to wait to pay until I've checked the record too.

*PayPal policy: " Section A3.4 (Commercial Transaction Refunds) of Schedule 1 (Table of Fees) is amended to clarify that, if you carry out a refund of a Commercial Transaction payment, all of the fees originally paid by you to receive the payment will not be returned to you.

Cost for normal shipping to the buyer is in UK GBP/£...UK is 2nd class non signed for, overseas is Airmail signed for or tracked post (depending on country), Signed for & tracked within UK is an extra charge, please ask for a quote if required. I always obtain proof of postage for all orders but not responsible for any errors or delays by mail companies, sorry. I will happily forward proof if postage and tracking number if sent tracked to assist where possible. I will pack as secure as possible in proper record envelopes/mailers.

Orders/records over £20 I send 'signed for' delivery as I can't be responsible for lost or damaged post, these are atomically insured to £50 ONLY (at buyers risk), please message me for a quote for tracked and insured or over £50 but please DON'T PAY before updating invoice or buyer will have to send extra postage costs by direct transfer or cover the PayPal fees, thanks.

Rest of the world - please ask for a quote before ordering as the automated system/d shipping is ONLY VALID FOR VALUES UNDER £250. Ordering is an agreement to pay the costs THAT I QUOTE DIRECTLY UPON REQUEST FOR VALUES OVER £250. ORDERS THAT ARE MADE FOR RECORDS OVER £250 WILL BE CANCELLED UNTIL I HAVE SENT A QUOTE FOR INSURED RECORDS OVER £250.

Overseas buyers-

It is the buyers responsibility to collect parcels from the post office/collection depot if not available on day of delivery, items not collected from the collection depot that are returned would have to be paid to be delivered again by the buyer as the original postage costs will have been used to get the package to the buyers address. Alternatively I would be happy to refund the cost of the record, but not the postage costs as they will have been used already. Buyers are responsible to their local collection or sorting office to locate packages within a reasonable time, if I have not sent a tracking number please me as I keep them for at least 1 month. Please collect your items if not delivered to avoid any loss or repayment of postage costs to resend.

Any issues please let me know as soon as possible, I believe within 7 days maximum is a fair amount of time. Items need to be returned within 30 days (using 'signed for' delivery.

Please be aware: If you are buying on behalf of a third party (to sell to someone else) I'm not responsible for returns or refunds for the third party (your buyer). I do everything possible to provide details of the item on the understanding that the person buying from me is the person wanting the item and it is not possible for me to confirm that a third party will be satisfied due to the fact that grading is subjective to a degree so the person buying the item from me must be directly responsible for any returns or refunds from the third party. Placing an order is confirmation of agreement to these & conditions.
