Grading
This is very subjective, and will of course vary from person to person. Mostly I always grade down (perhaps an item might be VG+ borderline, I will grade this as VG). I try to notify of any issues but can’t always get it right. I send out in record mailers with adequate stiffners to protect the sleeve from bending. I never send vinyl in the sleeve. I always play test before sending to make sure you get what you want.

I list my items and grade them based on very careful visual inspection, then after ordering I play test and if anything contradicts that grading then the buyer is informed before dispatch. The buyer will either receive the item or a refund, depending on their choice.

I can remove any labels without damage to the undersurface, this applies to price labels on sleeves or stickers on labels. I have done thousands without damage to the item. Sometimes labels are stuck over a damaged area to hide it. At worst you might be left with some residue from the glue most of which I can remove. me for details.
