weak high tones, you almost can’t hear the vocals, i need to have treble set to max otherwise i can barerly hear the words.

      Well, low budget it is.
The sleeve, the inner sleeve, the label - not so good.
At least the record isn't warped.
About the quality of pressing & sound.
In my opinion the problem is the original recording.
Sound recording and mastering level in Poland, in the 90s was poor in general.
So while I agree it doesn't sound impressive (but not terrible, just acceptable), there was not much more that could be done about it.
And besides this way it's got the 90s feeling :)
All in all, considering the price is quite low for a vinyl release (I got mine for €12, sealed), it's worth giving a try.
There are many worse sounding LPs that are more expensive and labeled "remastered" - take this one for example:

Low budget and rather poor pressing. No printed inner sleeve or insert with lyrics, just plain paper sleeve for the record itself. Sound is flat, week high tones, poor bass. Much worse than debut album pressing (on 2 LPs). Waste of money, not recommended
