I suspect it is a bootleg. How can the title box design of this release be identical to Secrets Of The Beehive, two years after this release? I don't believe it's a coincidence and I believe it's a bootleg.

I don't think this is a boot, the catalogue number, runouts and so on are very similar in style to some other Australian releases on Virgin from the same year that are definitely official (Sandii & The Sunsetz Battery and East Meets West singles plus the album Banzai Baby). It is much more professionally made than any of the other bootleg versions.

Strange that some other sources (including davidsylvian.net) do confirm it being a bootleg. For a bootleg it looks and sounds very professional, hard to believe it is a bootleg after all. :)
