Edited 6 months agoThe EP was pressed with a 1979 copyright but it wasn't released until January 1980. It was reviewed in Billboard January 26 1980, when the Funkytown single was charting. The album (EP) didn't chart for another two months, when Funkytown started getting mainstream radio play. The only track from the album that was out in November 1979 was the Rock It single, which had been charting for months. So the November 1979 release date is incorrect as to everything.
