Notes

Earlier label and pressing variation. Green label pressing with 'WB' logo, pressed by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute as indicated by 'T 1' in runouts.

Labels state "Produced by Bob Matthews and Betty Cantor in association with the Grateful Dead" but does not have Executive Producer credit. Includes Artisan Sound Recorders logo stamped in runout.

Differs from Workingman's Dead which has "Executive Producer: Bob Matthews" text on labels and 'KD' in runout etchings.

Rough textured cardboard cover, with rear slick pasted on upside down.

All selections Ice Nine Publishing Company (ASCAP)

Recorded at Pacific High Recording Studio, San Francisco. Engineered by Alembic.

Got a US release, Burbank labels, no W in rim text, no STEREO on labels, and CAD added to the standard matrix. Not to be found on discogs.

Does anyone know why this album was originally cut at Artisan and also at Kendun? I was watching a Kevin Gray interview and he mentions this album being cut at Artisan, so it inspired me to find my pressing here, but mine is Kendun, so I wondered.
