One of my favorite live albums in any genre, and as with most roots reggae, to my ears, it simply sounds better on vinyl. This might not be the best version out there, but it sounds great to me, it's all analogue, and it's got a deeper, fuller, purer sound than any of the CD versions I've heard. No issues with this pressing, there's plenty of low end, crisp percussion, warm, rich vocals, and a spacious, intimate soundstage. My copy plays with a couple of light pops towards the end of "Lively Up Yourself", otherwise it's clean and quiet with almost no surface noise at all. Good stuff. -
Great Music Underwhelming pressing, I wanted this to stand out against the digital copy I have but it really doesn't. I love the music and I don't think this pressing is bad it's just not great in my opinion so I will have to look and see if I can find a better sound in the future, until then this copy will do just fine for casual listening. -
