Edited one year agoDoes anyone know if this is an AAA pressing. Kevin Gray from Coheramt mastered this and has his intials in the dead wax wondering if this is from analogue tape or digital files? I have 1995 original and it definitely sounds crisper and more digital but this has much more bottom end and flows more organically to me ears

Beautifully done re-release by Real Gone Music! Not perfect, but definitely worth the price of the reprint. I'd get it while it's available before the 1,000 are gone!
PROS:
* First time release on vinyl in the United States, January 2016. Previously there was only a UK release.
* Nice sturdy gatefold with fullsize cast photo printed inside!
* Pressed on translucent wine purple vinyl.
CONS:
* The re-created UK-style Arista labels look pretty disappointing: the Arista logo is jagged and horizontally compressed out of ratio and they were printed with extra bleed room around the copyright text.
* There's a mistake on the master of TLC's "This Is How It Works" that sounds like a skip even though the vinyl isn't skipping there.
* The lyrics aren't included as they were with the CD booklet.
* They replicated the original artwork rather than resetting the text, so it has the same typos like mispelling Aretha Framklin or leaving little gaps in the artwork where the staples in the CD booklet would have been.
