I rarely comment on pressing issues, but copy of this is so crackly, it's distracting - I think it might be a bad pressing, the silent parts have non-stop crackle on them - it is the 2014 reissue, so has sat in a warehouse for 9 years, maybe a deep clean will fix it.

      Quite fantastic sounding.
This cut has lots of likable qualities, the bass is very hefty when needed, the tone is mostly accurate and the dynamics quite substantial. If you like this album then the vinyl wont leave you dissatisfied sound wise. There was a subtle low freqiency distortion on the very last powerful note of Side A but hard to spot if not looked for, at least given that you have a quality Micro type stylus, I cant speak for lesser profiles currently.
It would have been preferrable for most I think, to use the second disc as extra space for the main album as its running long at roughly 22 minutes per side. Perhaps increasing the speed to 45 as well to really mitigate any tracking issues.
As some have pointed out this is not the finest of pressings. In my case its fully tolerable though, my main gripe comes with the shoddy jackets which easily get seamsplits and with lack of plastic lining no doubt contribute to some of the noise complaints. The color gimmick is nice but only deserved if the rest holds up.

Very nice sound overall; but there is occasional distortion in 3-4 places on Side A Left channel. It’s very brief. Does anyone else notice this?

Sounds awfull, especially side C with a lot of background noises. The mastering and the pressing are very bad. If you really want this music, take a digital edition...

So am I right in thinking that the first two sides of this are just the Four Seasons by Vivaldi ? and the other is re-mix/composed material using the origional Four Seasons ? If this is so then why ? Surely there are enough pressings of The Four Seasons out there already, right ?

Beautiful record. Unfortunately, copy did not include a voucher.

My Copy has C&D Labels on both records. The recomposed recording will be still timeless in 30 years same with the electronic soundscapes on Side C, the remixe go in the bin next year ...

Wonderful package and pressing. Side C is ambient/environmental remixes of a selection of tracks from A & B.
