'THE' first 7" by the post-punk NY avant guard pioneers, now simply considered a classic... abrasive guitars, voice & drums make this one of the most discrepant record of all time. Untuned, atonal guitars match perfect semi-improvised drumming and keyboard strumming.
Raw, direct, dissonant and at the same time profoundly 'arty', the attitude was perfect and showed the basics - along west-coast & DC hardcore - for all american alternative music.
