Before more people complain about poor pressing quality, A/B the record with the album digital files (like on Bandcamp) first. There are several tracks that are produced intentionally with pops/clicks/skips to give it a "vintage" vibe. For example, "The End" has clicks at the beginning and a clusterfuck of scratches/skips at the...uh...end ;).
Personally, I can do without it, but at least you won't have to suffer the agony of trying to return an intentionally "flawed" album. Cheers. -
Coloured vinyl pressing too noisy? imagine my surprise. Music ruined by label marketing nonsense as always
-
Absolutely criminal that many of the game's best tracks were scrubbed from vinyl variants. "Dead Voxel", "Warmth", and "Concrete Halls" are 3 of my favorite ambient songs of all time. We demand the 3X LP complete version!

I like it better than volume alpha and I don’t care what anybody says. Better versions of older songs on here, and some amazing originals. More complex without losing that minimalist composition. Love this one it’s great

The fact that warmth is omitted from the vinyl tracklist is the worst thing to happen since the trail of tears
-
i really hope they do a big box set with all the tracks from the digital versions of alpha and beta. at least a comp of all the music discs would be nice

Ghostly hooked us up with an exclusive color again for Beta. We previously had gotten Neon Green for Alpha. We now have a Transparent Yellow with Black Splatter pressing that is limited to 500 copies for Beta. They're already in stock and we'll start shipping next week so that they arrive by the August 13 release date. They're currently on eBay but we hope to have them available on Discogs by next week.

In addition to the Magenta w/ Black Spatter Vinyl and Transparent Orange w/ Black Splatter Vinyl, there is also Red w/ Yellow Splatter Vinyl, Standard Black Vinyl and a Red w/ Black Splatter (that's a Turntable Lab exclusive.) There is also a two-disc CD digipack release available for pre-order on Amazon, and I will be buying it, no doubt.
