I A-B tested this pressing with the VMP Reissue.

      Pros of VMP:
      High quality jacket,
Colored vinyl (I figure if you're getting a reissue it might as well be colored)
Quiet vinyl (no pops or crackle anywhere)
      Cheaper

Pros of Orig (in Ex+ condition)
Incredible bass (heavy punch, super crisp)
Instrument separation (Will vary depending on setup, but for mine, I could distinctly hear the congas in one place and the backup vocals somewhere else, whereas the VMP sounded great but was a flatter sound overall.

      Takeaway:
If you can afford an Orig in decent shape, go for it. If you can't, get the VMP over a beat orig, because this record is amazing and deserves to be heard in it's full capacity, which I believe the VMP reissue attains very well. Both are great releases.
