Excellent pressing. Just goes to show you that there are Japanese pressings out there are real gems. This of course uses the US mastering but also in comparison to my other late 80s US press this absolutely blows it away. The US pressing I have actually has way more treble and the drums are fatiguing and distracting. I don’t have an original US to compare to but since they are the same mastering can’t imagine it’d be this. This is my go to for my favorite stones album

Great mastering on this first japan pressing . Well balanced sound and controlled bass . Bought it together with the obi at a good price . Printing quality is bright . Recommended for getting this uncensored peep-hole cover version or the US https://discogs.versitio.com/release/741542-The-Rolling-Stones-Some-Girls

My copy came with a sticker as well, I assume this came with the pressing. I concur with previous reviews, this is a supreme pressing and you would be hard pressed to find better.

I was lucky enough to find this gem of a record in mint condition at my local record shop yesterday...only problem was it is missing the OBI strip...oh well...this pressing is amazing...sounds like the Rolling Stones were playing in my living room while cranking it today...so clear and so much detail in every aspect! Highly recommended

Immaculate Sound, This Is The Stones Most Perfectly Loud, Punky, Funky And All Out Savage Rock N' Roll Record. Definitely Just As Good As Any Of The Classic 66-73 Classic Albums If Not Equally As Awesomely Amazing As Their Main Magnum Opus (A Tie Between Exile On Main Street And Goats Head Soup In My Humble Opinion). Its Got The Perfect Disco Rock / Dance Rock Track With Miss You, One Of The Heaviest Rock Songs Of The 70's With When The Whip Comes Down, The Perfectly Sleazy And Bumpin' R&B Rock Title Track, One Of The Stones Best Rock Ballads With Beast Of Burden, A Perfect Example Of New Wave Late 70's Rock With Shattered And Another Of The Stones Country Gems In Far Away Eyes. A Solid 100/100. A All Around Must Own Album For Any Music Collector.

Other reviews are spot on here. This pressing has snap and warmth and a lot of detail. Appears to use the same metal as the US pressing since it has the Sterling stamper. But clean and quiet Japanese vinyl may give this the nod over the US.

Just picked this up since this is my favourite Stones album and heard great things about this press. Let me just say people haven't been lying. Digital has nothing on this. US and UK 1sts also have nothing on this. Top recommendation.
