If you have a HDCD player or (more likely) an encoder that can rip this album at HDCD, you are in for a treat. The dynamics are much improved and is a more nuanced listen without all the sound brick-walled at 0db peaks in the normal CD. I’ve done A/B comparisons on the same disc, on HDCD and a regular rip and it’s not even close. I use audio hack for measurements.
