All tracks recorded on a single Calrec Ambisonic microphone in April 1989 at Sharon Temple in East Gwillimbury, Ontario, Canada.

All tracks previously unreleased apart from 4 and 8 which were on a limited edition promo Cowboy Junkies given away with the Black Eyed Man LP in UK HMV stores in 1992.
