Fantastic album. Sadly, my pressing has a fair amount of surface noise, even after multiple cleanings.
Trouble Will Find Me is the best sounding National album I have on vinyl. -
Astounding pressing. I'll just echo everyone who's already commented on how it great sounds. It's a masterful job for a masterful album. Three thumbs up!
-
Five stars! My best sounding the National vinyl in the collection. It has a perfect warmth. It sounds real with lots of dynamics and a great soundstage. Matt’s voice on ‘Green Gloves’ is right in front of you. ‘Slow Show’ is a highlight!

This pressing is phenomenal! Album sounds so organic, not a single issue on my end. Plays beautifully and super silent. Really recommend!
-
Without a doubt the worst pressing of any record I've ever owned. 3/4 of the album is filled with roaring hissing noise. I guess I got a dud. Unlistenable
-
Edited 3 years agoI confirm this is an absolutely brilliant pressing, probably one of the best-sounding vinyls I own.
-
Another vote for an incredibly rich and juicy pressing. Plus it's an incredible album musically, IMO.
This is a go-to if I want to show someone what a good record can sound like. Heck yeah. -

My copy sounds great, deep bass, super clear and no floor noise or clicks/pops. Great job by Optimal, and my copy is more lime green I would say as well.
