I can agree with the comments below, it's a bit too quiet. On the other hand, the surface noise is barely hearable. Love it!

Mine came with a poly lined inner. I agree with the other comments that this is cut surprisingly quiet: I had to turn my amps volume up to 10 o'clock whereas usually it lives around 9 o'clock. The vinyl is flat so no issues there. I can tell that I'm turning it up louder than usual but when the music kicks in it sounds really nice with a spacious soundstage but with that old school 60s Stones sound (in that it hasn't been tinkered with to make it sound more modern). Highly recommended.

I have this version, but the label (and back cover) say it's a EU pressing. Record was in bad condition when I got rid of the shrink and took it out of the sleeve. Some (undeep) scratches and swirl (like someone swiped it with a grainy towel). Fortunately this did not affect the sound. Not surface noise at all, although I had to crank up the volume quite a bit.

Cut very quiet but no vinyl noise. The length of the album must be why it is so quiet. Once I turned it up a bit I was ok with it. I don’t have an original London or a Decca stereo to compare. After I got over how quiet it was cut and turned it up I found it enjoyable even if I like both the original mono and 2016 mono more. That is more about the mastering. This is not a bad or particularly wonky stereo version like some in the 60s that can be very annoyingly hard panned.

Sounds great. Quiet, clean pressing. This stereo copy will pair nicely with the mono box version I have.
