Edited 13 years agoThe original Buddyhead version plays at 33⅓ rpm but sounded absolutely amazing. One of my favourite pressings involving Mike Patton and certainly the best thing ever release by The Dillinger Escape Plan. I am delighted to say that this 45rpm Epitaph version sounds every bit as good as the original Buddyhead version, the thing sounds so good it gives me goosebumps. I cannot believe that it's again on a coloured vinyl. Very highly recommended.
Very late edit: This reissue is ever so slightly more bright that the original Buddyhead version. Small details are apparant on this pressing which aren't so clear as in the Buddyhead version such as the tapping and liught percussion at the start of 'Pig Latin' which follows the rhythm of the shaker at the start of the track before it explodes into life.
