Notes
Identical to Radiohead - Kid A except side C is a new recut done in 2022 (as evidenced by the 'BM' matrix prefix).
Runouts are etched, except for the Optimal Media matrix and cutting identifier on side C which is stamped.
The track 'Idioteque' contains two samples from the Oddyssey label title Various - Electronic Music Winners (1976).
The two compositions samples are Paul Lansky's 'Mild Und Leise' Published by Grim Tim Music and 'Short Piece' by Arthur Kreiger Published by The Subito Music Corporation.
Both samples are used with the kind permission of the composers and The Sony Music Corporation.
Comes in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves.
Includes digital card for MP3 or WAV.
Side A ends with a locked groove of endlessly repeating sound from the beginning of track B1 - The National Anthem.

Is there any difference between this pressing and the other 2022 I can see here on Discogs? And what's the difference between this one and the US 2016 one? Can someone recommend, which of the 12" would be best going for? Thanks!

How is this identifiably different from the 2016 pressing seems to have same matrix runouts etc? How do we know side C is a recut?

Edited 6 months agoGreat pressing. The sound is crisp, detailed and immersive. An audiophile record as all the latest Radiohead albums.
Very low surface noise.
P.S. Just wish they cut this on 45rpm - 49 minutes on four sides with 33rpm it’s too much ) -
Exceptional album, beautiful sound. Great pressing, flat/silent. Purchased retail at Rough Trade in NYC, with their “essential” stash 2023
