Musically excellent if you are into Sylvian's more experimental side. Mastering is also very well done and RI did a good job keeping surface noise low.

The downside is this pressing is subject to warping and specifically edge warping due to the gatefold pinching syndrome that is common with newer records.

Do not be surprised if you need to go through multiple copies to find a acceptable one, and even then it might not be perfect.

absolutely stunning reissue of an excellent album. amazing presence and soundstage depth, easily one of the best sounding records in my collection of 850+. highest recommendation.

listening setup: rega p6, ortofon mc cadenza bronze cartridge, stein music 'the perfect interface' carbon mat, liberty b2b-1 preamp, hegel h95 integrated amp, elac debut b5 speakers.

I love that its gonna take another 20yrs for people right now that aren't already into Sylvian to 'get' this album!

The sound on this pressing is great. Pops and clicks are intentional inclusions in the original and present in the digital versions also.

My copy arrived in perfect condition, well packaged (by Target!) and luckily no warping caused by the outer wrap. The album itself is dead silent (other than the pops and clicks THAT ARE PART OF THE RECORDING PEOPLE, IT'S LO-FI FOLK MUSIC)...I'm 100% impressed by this pressing.

My copy sounds exceptional. Super super quiet pressing, very very impressed.

Mine arrived with a slight warp. I knew it was going to be when I opened the mailer, the lp itself was shrink wrapped so tightly it was probably warped minutes after being manufactured. Plays fine. Heavy vinyl. Glad to have it, though I’m so used to playing the CD all these years, I got it more for my collection than anything else.

Terrible pressing pops and static throughout also warped. It's definitely a boring album anyway never to be played again
