I was really liking this record, but the "praise Jesus" moment halfway through left a bad taste in my mouth. -
So glad this album is finally getting its due. Love this pressing including the tip on jacket! -
Fun, upbeat soul/jazz/funk reminiscent of a bygone era. Well made, strong vocals, moments of ripping instrumentation. Danceable. A surprise re-listener in 2022.
